The best beauty looks of London Women's Fashion Week FW20 Eyes and nail art as the major protagonists

The London Fashion Week Women's FW20 officially opened the season of fashion weeks in Europe, ending today and passing the baton to the highly anticipated Milan Women's Fashion Week.

Just like the previous editions, when it comes to beauty looks there are always those designers who surprise us with breathtaking beauty hacks, and those who don't excite us at all or leave us a little disappointed. It is not always necessary to exaggerate to create a beauty look that works, as Burberry and JW Anderson teach us with their clean and minimalist looks. In this edition, there were also extreme beauty looks: from the childish and "carnivalesque" make-up of Ashley Williams, to the jewelry-masks of Richard Quinn (reference to the iconic masks of Maison Margiela), to the accessories and the somewhat robotic somewhat extraterrestrial looks by DB Berdan. In between clean and extreme, we find the graphic make-up of Halpern, Simone Rocha and Paula Knorr with focus on the eyes, as well as the nail art of Vivienne Westwood and Charlotte Knowles.

And here is a selection, signed by nss G-Club, of the best beauty looks of the London Fashion Week Women's FW20 and some products to replicate them, in a mini shopping guide. Enjoy!

SIMONE ROCHA

In the wake of minimalism, hairstylist Anthony Turner chooses to give the models a fresh and clean touch with a simple and delicate hairstyle. The hair is "flattened" and gathered in soft ponytails with a side line, making the models "look like little illustrations, beautiful little drawings", in contrast with the bold volumes of the garments. The complexion of the models is bright but natural, with a pastel glossy touch on the eyes.
