6 things to do at home to face the quarantine - Week 10 From cult movies, to ethnic recipes, passing through books about the greatest designers
We are almost in mid-May, and the last two and a half months certainly have been the most unexpected and unsettling ever. Months spent at home, among uncertainties and fears, but also a moment of reflection and search for new incentives to make the most out of the time available.
We have arrived to what seems to be the last week of the quarantine as we knew it until now, and the beginning of a new reality, a new way of living our daily lives.
There are those who will go back to work soon, those who will continue smart-working, those who have finally been able to see their family again despite the safety distance, and those who are still far from their loved ones.
For all of uf, also for this last week, here are the tips from nss G-Club on how to spend the days at home. Enjoy!
1. 5 ETHNIC RECIPES TO TRY
In this "static" moment, when we can't experience exotic restaurants nor travel to explore local kitchens directly, the solution is to try to replicate ethnic recipes at home. From Mexico to Japan, passing through Indonesia, here are our favorites: Nasi Goreng, for those who love the lightness of rice but also fried food; Spring rolls for those who want a fresh alternative to the usual salad; Mexican tacos, for those who want to make a culinary trip to Mexico; Gyoza, if you miss sushi dinners with friends; Almond chicken, for a tasty but light dinner.
