Versace launches a spring capsule collection exclusively for Mytheresa 16 items featuring the Maison's iconic baroque prints and pastel tones
Versace joins forces with Mytheresa for a capsule collection that combines the iconic baroque prints of the house with a fresh, bold and ultra-feminine attitude.
Perfect for the summer, the 16 pieces of the collaboration include bodysuits, leggings, miniskirts, blazers, turtlenecks, bralettes and dresses. Highlights of the accessories feature a leather bag, a beret, a scrunchie and Virtus earrings with crystals. All in pastel shades of blue, pink, yellow and embellished with oversized safety pins, the brand's archive patterns and the new Barocco V print.
I wanted to create something for Mytheresa that was at the same time iconic Versace and looked new, fresh, cool, said Donatella Versace. The codes of Versace are all present: the unmistakable silhouettes, the all over print and the new Barocco V are featured throughout the collection along with Safety Pin details to nod our rock’n’roll soul. The idea was to create a capsule collection that had, at the same time, a touch of heritage but always a 'now-feeling,' if you know what I mean. The print, for example, is taken from the archive, but the silhouettes are the ones that we use today. This is usually the way I create in general.
